Our new card uses the new Wallet ecosystem. If you’re new to using your mobile wallet or need a little guidance, we have prepared a step by step guide to help you get started. Simply download the Digital Just Can’t Wait Card into your mobile wallet, and access it quickly and easily when you simply can’t wait to get to a toilet.
What is a Mobile Wallet?
A mobile wallet (also known as a ‘digital wallet’) is a space on your phone for storing content or information in the form of a wallet ‘item’, ‘card’ or ‘pass’ in the Apple Wallet on iPhones, or Google Wallet on Android phones. As an example, as well as your Just Can’t Wait Pass, you can also store loyalty cards, coupons, train tickets, bank cards and more.
This all means that wherever you go you can keep your most important items stored securely in your phone – and you can show it without making any contact to reduce risk of infection.
How to add the Just Can’t Wait Digital Card to your Smartphone
First of all you’ll need to set up Apple Wallet, or Google Wallet on your device depending on whether you use an Apple or Android Device – both of these are free to download and use.
You won’t need to pay in order to use the Digital Just Can’t Wait Card, but please be aware that Apple Wallet and Google Wallet may enable payments to be processed via payment cards you might add to your mobile wallet – for example, credit cards. Within your Apple or Google account you can control all of your payment settings.

Please note – Bladder & Bowel Community will not be able to process any other payments via your Digital Just Can’t Wait Card. Your Digital Card is a visual tool, not a payment method. Your account with either Apple or Google before you begin, and both of these platforms produce excellent support and guidance for use – you remain in charge of all of your payment settings.
