This includes providing you with a free, personalised advice and support service over the phone or in your home, in order to help you with your intermittent catheter needs.  Our specialist urology team can provide you with a FREE catheter review, to make sure you get the help or advice you might need.

We are committed to providing a continued service during this time, through increased measures required as a result of Coronavirus.  Your needs will be met as a priority.

Our nursing team continue to look after patient enquiries, and carry out reviews either over the phone or via video calls.  The situation is under constant review – any change in status will be communicated promptly.

Our specialist urology nurses are:

  • Fully accredited and registered.
  • Able to advise on leakages, sore skin, diet, different products available, hydration and more.
  • Caring, discreet and respectful.
  • Ready to make home visits within England and Wales if they feel this is necessary.
  • Able to provide information on your situation, as opposed to medical advice. This service is not intended as a substitute for your GP or healthcare practitioner.

Our specialist urology nurses are all registered with the Nursing Medical Council (NMC) and bound by the Code of Professional Conduct. In order to ensure that our team are safe practitioners and up to date with their practice, we work within the professional guidelines as set out by the NMC, Royal College of Nurses (RCN), Association for Continence Advice (ACA), and British Association for Urology Nurses (BAUN).
