If you choose to register for a Just Can’t Wait Card, you must provide us with some personal data so that we deliver the card to you, this will include your name, email address, telephone number and address. The card is issued through Bladder & Bowel Community.

Bladder & Bowel Home Delivery service

The Bladder & Bowel Home Delivery service is a joint partnership between the Bladder & Bowel Community and Bullen Healthcare, one of our service providers – see address details below under Service Providers.

Nurse Helpline

Our nurse information service is managed by our partner Bullen Healthcare. By contacting us you are agreeing to provide your information to Bullen Healthcare who will manage it in line with this privacy policy. See address details below under Service Providers.

Marketing

Bladder and Bowel Support Company Limited carries out select direct marketing in the form of email marketing to our subscribers based on the information that you provide us. We also have trusted partners who would like to offer you products based upon the information we have gathered.

Our trusted partner would like to send you information about products and services which may be of interest to you. You have a right at any time to stop them from contacting you for marketing purposes.

The personal data will include names, addresses, email addresses, age, sex, telephone number, health information and various habits.
