The Original Just Can’t Wait Card has been provided by Bladder & Bowel Community in its present form since 2017, and we are proud to now have over 130,000 cards in circulation. It’s a step towards a more accepting society, and helping reduce the stigma around bladder and bowel conditions.

We’ve embraced technology to reduce our impact on the environment and reach more people in need than ever before – we are proud to provide the first ever toilet card to make use of Digital Wallet technology.  Now, it’s time to address how other people recognise and accept the Just Can’t Wait Toilet Card.

Our community focussed approach means we always listen. We are very grateful for feedback from the community, and below list some responses from people who have recently ordered or downloaded and used our toilet card.

We’d like to thank everyone who has provided feedback on our new digital toilet card – and are proud to report that 96% of Digital Just Can’t Wait Card users told us that they would recommend, or consider recommending the new digital format. All feedback is published with the consent of their contributors.

The Original Just Can’t Wait Card

The plastic version of the card has been one of our greatest tools in breaking down the stigma around bladder and bowel conditions and the difficulties people face on a daily basis. We continue to provide the plastic card on a much reduced basis.
